THE MAJORITY of our Fragrance Oils are packed by weight.  Not volume.
This is why you might have a bottle that appears to be "fuller" than another bottle.

Each oil is comprised of different raw materials and will weigh differently giving you a different fill line.  Some will look taller or shorter
in the bottle depending on the weight of the oil. 
Most citrus based oils will appear "fuller" in your bottles.
Please take a moment to weigh your bottles before you call, thinking you have been shorted.
Each bottle is individually weighed for complete accuracy.


We ship UPS/FED EX - SAME DAY - Monday thru Thursday – on all orders placed before 1 PM Eastern Time.
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, we are unable to make changes. 
Please do not call/email, TWEET or post or message us on Facebook asking us to make an exception.  
You will need to place a separate order.  

HOURS:  MONDAY THRU THURSDAY - 10:00 AM TO 3:00 PM (Eastern time zone) - Holidays are excluded.
We do not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.  You can reach us 24/7 by email or during business hours.
Call 740-286-3600 and leave a message or send a text.  We aren't always available to answer the phone
because we are busy packing your orders for same day shipping.

  • NO MINIMUM PURCHASE. 
  • No Handling Fees.
  • You can order on line - 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. All orders received after the close of shipping on
    Thursday thru Sunday will ship the following Monday or the first business day following a holiday.

  • Payments accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.
  • We do not take checks or offer in house payment options. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
  • No checks, money orders, COD, or credit accounts.
  • If you use PayPal, we recommend signing up for a PayPal debit card. The PayPal debit card uses the funds from
    your PayPal account and can be used anywhere MasterCard is accepted.

  • Discounts cannot be applied to orders after your order is placed. 
    Please do not email or call requesting that your order to be the exception.  Adding the Coupon Code in the special instruction
    section in the shopping cart will not work and you will not receive the discount.
    If the Coupon Code (if applicable) is not
    used during the checkout process, no discount will be given.  We are unable to modify orders to give credits for coupons. 


  • We do not have a printed Catalog, nor will we print our website and mail it to you.  Our website is our catalog.
  • We do not accept returns on any products.
  • We do not have a retail shop; we are an internet-based business, which means we have no store front to shop in.
  • Our warehouse is located in Jackson, Ohio.  Please check our Shipping Map for transit times from Jackson, Ohio
    to your destination. 
    If you need your shipment by a certain date, please allow sufficient time for your order to
    reach you.
    Overnight, 2 Day and 3 Day deliveries are available should you need expedited service. 

ORDERS ARE PROCESSED IN “REAL TIME”.
As soon as you place your order you will receive an email receipt; at that time, your card has been charged and your order is placed.

feature available.  We strive to be aware and implement any additional or improved methods. All payment
information entered through this web site is done through a secure server with SSL encryption; all information
is safely secure behind a firewall. 

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible.
As noted in the shopping cart, prior to placing your order.  
PLEASE carefully check your order before you hit the
submit button.

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed.
    It is very important that you double check the accuracy of your order before clicking the "submit this order" button during checkout.
    We will not be held accountable, and will not correct any order mistakes that you have made.
    We do not have any access to your credit card information.  Any additions to your order will be treated as a new order and shipped
    separately. 

    Discounts cannot be applied to orders after your order is placed; please do not email or call requesting your order to be an
    exception.
    Adding the Coupon Code in the special instruction section in the shopping cart will not work and you will not
    receive the discount  

  • BE SURE TO CHECK THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU USED WHEN YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER.
  • YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM FED EX OR UPS WITH YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION. 
    If you use an incorrect email address, you will not receive your tracking or order confirmation. 
    The tracking information will not be from Just Scent, it will be from the shipping company you chose when you checked out.


CANCELLED or AUTHORIZED RETURNED ORDERS (if customer has used an incorrect shipping address, etc.) you will
 be CHARGED A 25% RESTOCKING FEE.  
You will also be charged for the return shipping back to Just Scent in addition to
the 25% restocking fee.

We ship to the address you provide when you place your order. 
Please carefully check the address before you submit your order.


CHECK YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIVING: 
Please report any missing, damaged merchandise or order mistakes within 48 hours of delivery.
After 48 hours from delivery, we will conclude that your order was completed accurately and no refunds or exchanges will be
accepted after that time.

It is at the discretion of Just Scent as to whether we refund or reship any order mistakes made by Just Scent or due to damages.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We offer samples and 4 ounce tester oils you can test before buying larger
quantities.  We do not accept returns on any products unless we have made a mistake when shipping.

  • Once a package has left our hands, we can no longer vouch for the contents.  To protect the integrity of our products, we do not accept returns. 
  • Our oils are considered a specialty item.  For sanitary reasons, once a package has been received we can no longer
    vouch for the contents.  W
    e cannot take products of any nature back and resell them; therefore, we do not accept
    product returns other than a mistake Just Scent may have made in shipping your order.

  • We do not offer any type of product exchanges.

  • We offer one ounce and 4 ounce oils to use as testers prior to purchasing a larger bottle.
    It is at your risk that you purchase a larger bottle without first testing! 

  • There are no refunds for oils you do not like.  
    We offer samples and 4 ounce oils to test prior to buying larger bottles.


  • THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR SAMPLES or 4 OUNCE OILS.

  • As shown on our One Ounce Sample Quick Order page, you are permitted to purchase no more than 2 of each
    sample choice. 
    We will make substitutions without notification, if you pick more than 2 of the same sample choice.

  • Fragrances with the same name from different companies will more than likely smell different as we all don't purchase from the
    same manufacturers.

DELIVERIES:
UPS AND FED EX GROUND DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDRESSES.
PLEASE PROVIDE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS WHEN YOU PLACE ORDERS.

SMART POST SHIPPING - PLEASE READ:
SMART POST SHIPMENTS ARE PICKED UP AND TRACKED BY FED EX but delivered by the US Post Office.
IT TAKES AN ADDITIONAL 2-4 DAYS LONGER THAN NORMAL GROUND SHIPPING. 
IF IT IS A NORMAL 2 DAY TRANSIT TIME FROM OHIO, IT COULD BE 6 DAYS. 
IT IS A CHEAPER OPTION, BUT IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY - SMART POST IS NOT THE OPTION YOU WANT!
This is the normal transit time from Fed Ex - it has nothing to do with how fast your order is processed.
No matter what shipping option you choose, we still ship same day or the next day if after 1 PM.

All Fed Ex and UPS deliveries ARE SHIPPED WITHOUT A SIGNATURE, UNLESS YOU SPECIFY IN THE SPECIAL
INSTRUCTIONS SECTION  LOCATED IN THE SHOPPING CART, THAT YOU REQUIRE A SIGNATURE DELIVERY. 
We are happy to pay the additional shipping charges to make sure your order is delivered without incident.

Delivery Information - PLEASE BE AWARE:

  • We are NOT responsible for boxes left on your porch or designated delivery area.
    Without a note that you require a signature delivery, your order is subject to be left at your home, without notification that it has arrived.

  • If the tracking information says your order was delivered, we are not responsible for boxes that might have been stolen from your porch.

  • IT IS AT YOUR RISK IF YOUR ORDER IS LEFT WITHOUT A REQUEST FOR A SIGNED DELIVERY.

Should you have a missing package that tracking says was delivered, call the shipping company immediately and make
them aware a package is missing; perhaps the driver is still in the area. The company can call the driver and check with
him immediately.  The claims process can also get started and a trace can begin on your package.  Please note, a trace
will prompt an investigation regarding the delivery.  It can take several business days to several weeks to get a response 
from the shipper.  If your order has in fact been stolen, CALL YOUR LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT AND FILE A THEFT REPORT.


REGISTERING:
Our goal of offering customer registration is to make your shopping experience even easier then it already is. 
Creating an online Login account enables you to store your information such as name, address, shipping address, etc. in our database.
When you place future orders with us, you won’t have to keep filling out the form. You will only have to enter the user name and the
password you chose in the LOG IN section. All of your information will be auto filled when you sign in.  If you have signed in when you
place orders, you can go back and view your previous orders.  We do not store your credit card information.

How To Sign Up For Our NEWSLETTER:
At right hand, top of every page of our website, you will see a gray/black box that says "Newsletter Sign Up". 
Enter your email address and you will be prompted to complete your subscription to our newsletter.

Creating a FAVORITES LIST:
The Favorites List is a great way to store products you would like to purchase for yourself at a later date or products you would like
others to purchase for you for special occasions. 
If you are not quite ready to check out, you can add your items to your favorites list.
There is a gray button under the pricing section of each product labeled Favorites or a little red heart in the left corner of each product
photo that when you hover your mouse over it, says "Add to Favorites".

You can even name each Favorites List - such as "my next order" or "oils I want to try".  Its quite easy and extremely handy. 
When you are ready to order, you can add the items to your cart directly from your Favorites List. The items you add to your
favorites list stay in the favorites list until you delete them.
You can make your wish lists available for the public or keep them private. 


STORE PICK UP:
Place your order on line.  We will credit your card for the shipping total after your order has been picked up.
Add the day and time you wish to pick up in the Special Instructions Section in the Shopping Cart.
Pick-ups can be made Tuesday thru Thursday 11 am to 3 pm, after making arrangements 24 hours in advance.


International orders are NEVER included in any of our $5 shipping sales or Free Shipping Sales we might offer.

LTD QTY means we are not restocking that particular oil and a limited supply is all we have available. 
DISCO OILS are oils we are not going to restock.

1 lb Fragrance Oils equals 16 ounces and is in liquid form.

WAX/FRAGRANCE OILS:
Due to the fact that products may differ from batch to batch, we cannot guarantee that all batches will be identical. 
Therefore, we do not accept returns for credits or exchanges. Please check the details of each product for complete
information regarding that product.

Due to the high concentration of our fragrance oils, we suggest that you test them in products before calling us.
Fragrance oils will smell different in finished products than they do out of the bottle.


BODACIOUS BUY FRAGRANCE OILS:
These oils are bought in massive quantity to keep the price as low as possible. They are not discontinued oils;
they are oils we stock on a regular basis but at a discounted price.  To keep the p
ricing and overhead as low as possible,
we do not offer samples or 4 ounce sizes.   


WE DO NOT HAVE BACK ORDERS.
If for some reason we are out of stock when your order is packed; we will not hold your order. 
We will ship what we have in stock and refund your method of payment for any item that might not be available at the time your order was packed and ready to ship. 
You will need to reorder at a later date when stock has been added.


PHOTOGRAPHS AND DESCRIPTIONS:
Our pictures are presented only to give you a more clear interpretation of what the fragrance oils will smell like.
We have paid for the use of the pictures on our site. You could be fined by the owner of the photo if you "borrow" one of our photographs without purchasing the rights to use the photograph. Ask if you would like to know where we purchase pictures.  Please change our descriptions not to read word for word, if you want to use them on your on-line site. 


JUST SCENT is not responsible for any errors or omissions on this website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notification.


We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.


TAXES: If you live in the state of Ohio and you do not have a vendor's license; you will be charged sales tax. Provide us with your vendor's license number and you will not be responsible for paying taxes. Out of state internet orders do not pay taxes.


JUST SCENT is not responsible for any misuse, accidents, or adverse reactions that may occur with use of our products. Be sure to test all products. We are not responsible for accidents or incidents associated with the use of our products. All of our products are offered in good faith but without guarantee. Due to the variety of industries served, products are sold without warranty of any kind. Purchasers will, by their own tests and evaluations, determine suitability of such products for their specific use.

We assume no liability for damage and/or injury resulting from the use of products supplied by this company. In no event will we be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from loss of use or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use/suitability of products. While we test all products, we cannot make any guarantee that these products will agree with everyone.

We are not responsible for testing our products in products from other suppliers. Should you not have the same opinion of a scent throw please keep in mind that we cannot test in each and every wax or application. Instructions or tips we offer are from our own personal experiences or from our testers. We cannot guarantee that these will work in your particular circumstances.

As per our terms and conditions, once a package has been received we can no longer vouch for the contents. Therefore, we do not accept product returns.

 

When calling or emailing, remember, a little kindness goes a long way. We are here to help you and we want to help you.  If everyone could spend a little time on the receiving end of someone who is unhappy or upset, the world would be a much more gracious, patient and humble place.
