If you do not use the code at the time you place your order, we will not adjust your order once it has been placed.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?
No. We do not have a show room and we have no immediate plans to add a showroom. We are a warehouse designed for shipping. First and foremost, we are an internet based business. There is not an area designed or set up for "shopping". We don’t have a customer lounge or anything fancy; we are a warehouse. We keep our costs as low as possible to save you money on the products you need and want. When picking up orders, you will not be permitted in our warehouse for "sniffing" oils or shopping. Our insurance simply does not allow people to be in our working warehouse. You can make arrangements to pick your orders up by calling or emailing in advance. We accept cash or pre-paid credit card orders when arrangements have been made for a pick-up at our warehouse. Once your order has been picked up, we will refund the shipping charges if applicable.
OUR OILS ARE PACKAGED BY WEIGHT. Not volume. This is why you might have a bottle that appears to be "fuller" than another bottle. Each oil weighs differently. Every oil we bottle is individually poured and weighed accurately.

DO YOU SHIP C.O.D. and DO YOU ACCEPT CHECK ORDERS? NO! We do not ship C.O.D orders and we no longer accept personal checks.
DO YOU ACCEPT PAY-PAL?
We do not accept Pay-Pal for payment on a regular basis. We are experimenting with Pay-Pal during the busy season; however, we are not sure how long it will be offered.
WHEN CAN WE EXPECT SHIPMENT OF OUR ORDERS?
We ship all US domestic orders via UPS and FED EX - you can pick your shipping choice when you place your order. WE WILL SHIP SAME DAY MONDAY THRU THURSDAY WITH THE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS - Fed Ex orders MUST be received no later than 2 PM in order to assure you same day shipping. UPS order MUST be received no later than 3 PM to assure same day shipping! We reserve the right to ship orders with either carrier at our discretion with no additional charge to you.
We use USPS only for International orders. USPS International orders are shipped on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.
If you are an international customer and you have paid for insurance with your USPS shipment, you are responsible for filing any claims for damages thru USPS.
DO YOU HAVE WHOLESALE PRICING?
Most of our oils are wholesale priced. We do offer special volume discounts on many oils if purchased in 10 -50 pound increments. Special Orders and Volume Orders are excluded from any other weekly sale promo we may be running.
TAXES:
If you live in the state of Ohio and you do not have a vendor's license; you will be charged sales tax. Provide us with your vendor's license number and you will not be responsible for paying taxes. Out of state internet orders do not pay taxes.
DO YOU HAVE A CATALOG?
No. Everything that we have is listed on the web site along with pricing and a convenient ordering process.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. If you are quoted a shipping price, this is an ESTIMATE ONLY, and can be subject to change. If the estimated price is $5 or more than you were quoted, you will be notified before your order is processed.
DAMAGES AND LOST PACKAGES:
We pack all boxes very carefully to ensure the safe arrival of your products. However, damages during shipment can happen from time to time. We do everything we can prior to shipping to make sure your package will arrive safely without damages. You have the right to refuse damaged boxes. If this occurs, please contact us and we can re-ship your order. We will deal with UPS and take care of the damaged items.
RETURNS:
Fragrance oils are NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-RETURNABLE. We cannot be assured of the purity and quality once it has left our warehouse. Please order carefully. We are not responsible if you order a fragrance oil and you do not like it upon receipt of your order. We sell one ounce samples and 4 ounce fragrance oils; please order a smaller quantity so you can the oil in your particular application. We are not responsible for oils with similar names you may have purchased from another supplier "hoping" it will be the same oil.
We are after all, only human and will make mistakes. In the event, we make an error; we will of course gladly authorize the return of incorrect or defective merchandise and pay for the return shipping costs. You agree to carefully inspect all products upon arrival and report any problems or need for replacement within 48 hours of arrival. At that time, we will assume all orders are correct and no replacement or credits will be authorized.
REPLACEMENT FOR DAMAGED ITEMS OR A MISSING ITEM:
If an item is missing from your shipment, or the quantity count on an item is short, please contact us at once to resolve the matter. Please note JUST SCENT reserves the right to either ship the missing item or issue a credit for same at our sole discretion.
SAMPLES:
In order to help the escalating cost of supplies and in our efforts to keep YOUR costs as low as possible, we will no longer be sending free samples with orders. We reserve the right to include FREE samples with any order or NOT. If you require samples with your order, you will need to purchase the samples you require. We no longer guarantee any free sample requests. We may add samples of our choice to your order from time to time; that does not guarantee you will receive free samples with every order you place. Again, if you MUST have samples, you will need to purchase the samples you want with your order. A paid sample is the only guarantee you will receive the sample of choice.
SALES: When our sales are posted, and orders are placed you are agreeing to the terms of our sale. If a code is required; the code is to be used in the coupon code box as shown above. If the code is not used in the proper place, you will not receive your discount. If free shipping is offered and your order does not qualify for free shipping, we will charge your card for shipping without notice as it is stated as such during the sale.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
All special orders MUST be paid for in advance and will be ordered once payment is received. Special Orders are only available in a minimum of 10 pound increments. Some Special Order oils now have a requirement of 25 pounds. Each manufacturer has different requirements.
MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION:
We are NOT responsible for orders placed that are shipped to an alternate person or address. EXAMPLE - if you are an international customer and you ship your order to a person in the US, we are not responsible for your order. We are only responsible for orders shipped from Just Scent directly to you at your international address - not your friend who lives in the US. Using your name and your friends address still doesn't count. It is still NOT being shipped directly to you, it is going to your friends house and being re-shipped from that point.
We are not responsible for individual orders from a co-op. The person hosting the co-op is responsible for your order. Since the order did not come directly from Just Scent to you, we cannot be responsible for your order. We are only responsible for orders shipped directly from Just Scent directly to you.
We are not responsible for items you have purchased on a Classified Ad - or from a re-seller on E-Bay; we have no way of knowing how old the oil is or what is actually in that bottle that is being sold or if it is in fact, our actual oil. The oils sold are the responsibility of the person who sold you the oils, not Just Scent.
Make sure your billing address is the same address you receive your credit card statements. Your order will decline if the addresses do not match. Your shipping zip code you use in the shopping cart MUST match the zip code you use in the shipping address you have to complete to have your order shipped to an address other than your billing address.
Many people place orders thru the shopping cart and make a note asking us not to run the card for several days - that is not possible - the moment you place your order, your card is charged. We have real time processing and there is no way to alter that once orders are placed via our secure shopping cart.
All prices are subject to change without notification. Just Scent, LLC reserves the right to make any and all necessary adjustments due to manufacturer price increases and changing market conditions.
Our fragrance oils are tested in Just Scent 123 paraffin wax, JSB 50-50 Blend, and 100% Soy. We also test in our JS VOT and JS 50-50 Pillar Votive wax. In addition, our oils are tested in all Just Scent Bath and Body Products, Linen Base, Perfume Base and Reed Diffuser Base. |
