 JUST SCENT FAQ - SHIPPING INFORMATION - PRIVACY POLICY

HOURS - MONDAY THRU THURSDAY - 10:30 AM TO 5 PM
ALL UPS ORDERS RECEIVED BY 1 PM MONDAY THRU THURSDAY WILL STILL SHIP SAME DAY!
WE HAVE NO MINIMUM ORDER!

Just Scent is proud to offer one 100% concentrated fragrance oils manufactured in the USA.  We currently supply
more than 50,000 customers with unique, quality fragrance oils.  All of our fragrance oils comply with the
strictest global RIFM and IFRA standards.  Our products are not tested on animals.  We do not have any minimum
order requirements.  We ship same day Monday thru Thursday if orders are placed by 1 PM . 
You can order 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.

SAME DAY SHIPPING -
We are an internet-based business, which means we have no store in which to shop and we
aren't always available to answer the phone because we are busy packing your orders for same day shipping. 
We can ship same day as long as all orders are received by 1 PM, Eastern Time.  Orders placed after that time will ship the next
business day.  We are open for shipping Monday thru Thursday.  All orders received after the close of shipping on
Thursday thru Sunday will ship on Monday or the following business day after holidays.

SALES – Be sure to sign up on the home page of our web site
www.justscent.com to receive notification of special sale
prices and sales bulletins.  To receive sale prices, generally a code is needed.  Shown below is a sample of the coupon code
box, located in the shopping cart section.  If you do not use the code at the time you place your order, we will not
adjust your order once it has been placed. 
We have a new sale every Saturday morning.  After midnight, Friday night -
we are always in the process of putting up a new sale.  You may not be eligible for the "new" sale if you order in-between sales. 
We try to have the new sale up  by 7 am every Saturday morning.

OUR OILS ARE PACKAGED BY WEIGHT.   Not volume.  This is why you might have a bottle that appears to be
"fuller" than another bottle.  Each oil weighs differently.  Every oil we bottle is individually poured and weighed accurately.

We ship all US domestic orders via UPS and FED EX - you can pick your shipping choice when you place your order. 
WE WILL SHIP SAME DAY  MONDAY THRU THURSDAY if your order is received by 2 PM during non-Summer hrs.
Due to unexpected circumstances, we reserve the right to ship orders with either carrier at our discretion with no
additional charge to you.  
We use USPS only for International orders.  USPS International orders are shipped on Tuesday’s
and Thursday’s.

DELIVERIES – All Fed Ex and UPS deliveries will be shipped without a signature required unless you specify in the
Special Instruction section that you require a signature.  We are NOT responsible for boxes left on your porch or designated
delivery area.  Without this information, your order is subject to be left at your home - without notification that it has arrived. 
If the tracking information says your order was delivered, we are not responsible for boxes that might have been stolen from
your porch.  It is at your risk or loss if your order is left without a signed delivery.  If you want your order left by the shipping
company at a designated spot, you need to make that clarification with your driver - detailed delivery notes will not fit on your
shipping label.

SHIPPING RATES - are calculated at checkout. Our web site is integrated with live UPS and Fed Ex shipping data to
provide you with accurate shipping charges based on your zip code and the packaged weight of the products ordered. 
The more you order, the more cost effective UPS and Fed Ex shipping becomes.  UPS/Fed Ex is dedicated to delivering
packages, not letters.  The labor is expended whether you ship a 1 pound package or a 10 pound package; you will notice
that a 1 pound package may seem expensive, but a 10 pound package is just slightly higher in price to ship. 
As you add items to our shopping cart, it will ask for your zip code.  As you add items to the shopping cart, you can
actually watch the shipping charges to better utilize your dollars.  This works for UPS, Fed Ex and USPS International orders. 

We cannot and will not accommodate requests for special favors to have your order shipped by USPS unless
you are an international customer.  We do not ship UPS Collect, UPS Third Party, nor will we ship using your
shipper number. 
Please don't ask.

We do not ship commercial rates.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS - will be billed shipping charges to and from as well as a 25% restocking fee.
 
NON-DELIVERED ORDERS - Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer will be charged a
restocking fee of 25% of the order amount and pay the shipping cost to and from, when your refusal causes the order to be sent
back to Just Scent.

CHECKING ON THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER – UPS and FED EX do not pick orders up from us on Saturday
or Sunday.
 

If you have placed an order over the weekend, please note  that ALL orders placed over the weekend will ship on the
following Monday - unless Monday is a Holiday.  You will receive a shipping notice with your tracking information - 
check the email address you used to place the order.  When an order is shipped, you are emailed the tracking numbers. 
You will be able to track your packages (after 5:00 pm) through the email you receive. 

Please note - your email will go to the email address you used to place the order. 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed.
We cannot add to your order or take away from your order.
We also do not combine orders to ship together

Once an order is placed, it is given a specific order number, which is integrated with UPS/FED EX so we can pull,
pack and ship your order the same day.

OUR OFFICE IS CLOSED FRIDAY THRU SUNDAY 
– as well as all national holidays; we do not ship during these times. 
However, you can order via our secure on-line shopping cart 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Your order will be shipped
the next business day following weekends or holidays.  When emailing - Please note we are closed for business during
weekends and my not respond to your email until the following business day.


If you are an international customer and you have paid for insurance with your USPS shipment, you are responsible
for filing any claims for damages thru USPS.

Regardless of the method of payment you choose to order, all orders will be processed via a secure web server!  At the
 time you place your order, you will automatically receive an email receipt for your transaction.  We will also be emailed a
copy of your order.  We must then log on to a database located on our secure server. This database is accessed through
3 secure checkpoints using 3 distinct log in identifications and 3 different and distinct passwords.  Any payment information
you provide us with, is further encoded in the database itself.  We are the only ones capable of accessing that information. 

Many people place orders thru the shopping cart and make a note asking us not to run the card for several days - that
is not possible - the moment you place your order, your card is charged. We have real time processing and there is no
way to alter that once orders are placed via our secure shopping  cart.  

Our ENTIRE site is protected by HACKER SAFE.  You can shop, view and pay with complete confidence
that you are protected.

Credit Card: Discover, MasterCard or Visa

Pay-Pal: We do not accept Pay-Pal for payment on a regular basis; we are experimenting with Pay-Pal during the
busy season; however, we are not sure how long it will be offered.  If it is not showing in the payment choices in the
shopping cart, we are not offering that service at that time.  Orders placed using paypal will not be shipped until the
payment is cleared. 

We no longer accept American Express.

Debit Cards

No Checks:
Due to a dramatic increase in bounced checks, we will no longer accept checks or echecks.  There are no
exceptions.

Cash/Store Pick-up: For customers who want to pick their orders up at our warehouse, your invoice will have a
shipping quote included.  We will deduct/credit this from your total when you come to the warehouse.  Please allow
a minimum of 24 hours to have your order ready for you. Pick-ups can be made Tuesday thru Thursday 11 am to 5 pm.

NO C.O.D. ORDERS.

Orders are processed in "real-time".  As soon as you place your order and receive your email receipt, your card has
been charged. 

WE DO NOT HAVE CREDIT TERMS - all orders must be paid before they are shipped.  Please do not ask.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed.
We cannot add to your order or take away from your order.
We also do not combine orders to ship together.

We do not Back Order Merchandise.  If we receive an order that has an item that is out of stock, we will contact you
via phone or email to let you know and will credit your card for the amount of out of stock merchandise.  All out of stock
items will have to be reordered. Please note that our shopping cart does not interface with our inventory system making it
impossible to list  items as out of stock as you place your order.  We do not charge any type of handling fees; you pay exactly
what UPS/Fed Ex charges for the actual weight of your merchandise.

TAXES:  If you live in the state of Ohio and you do not have a vendor's license; you will be charged sales tax. Provide us with
your vendor's license number and you will not be responsible for paying taxes.  Out of state internet orders do not pay taxes.

RETURNS:  All fragrance sales are final.  We recommend that you try sample sizes first. For sanitary reasons, we cannot
take them back nor resell them.  We also do not offer any type of fragrance exchanges. Fragrance is sold by weight,
not volume.  Due to the high concentration of our
fragrance oils, we suggest that you test them in products before calling us;
fragrance smells different in finished products than they do out of the bottle.  Citrus fragrances can have a fuel type aroma.

Fragrance used in bath and body products may discolor and make the product thin.  We suggest testing our products prior to
making large quantities of your finished goods. Just Scent is not responsible for any products or equipment you used when
making your products.  We will not reimburse customers for raw ingredients used in finished products.  It is your
responsibility to test each product upon purchase.


Please report any missing or damaged merchandise or order mistakes within 48 hours of delivery.
After 48 hours from delivery, we will conclude that your order was completed accurately and no refunds
or exchanges will be excepted after that time.

SAMPLES - Fragrance Oils and Bath and Body Products - Samples are available for testing.  

There are no refunds for samples. 

WAX:  Due to the fact that wax may differ from batch to batch, we cannot guarantee that all batches will be identical.
Therefore, we do not accept returns on wax sales, and we do not allow any credits or exchanges for wax.

All Bath-n-Body Products are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons.

We are not responsible for testing our products in products from other suppliers.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?  We do not have a show room and we have no immediate plans to add a
showroom. We are a warehouse designed for shipping. We are an internet based business. There is not an area
designed or set up for "shopping". We don’t have a customer lounge or anything fancy; we are a warehouse. 
We keep our costs as low as possible to save you money on the products you need and want.  When picking
up orders, you will not be permitted in our warehouse for "sniffing" oils or shopping.  Our insurance simply does
not allow people to be in our working warehouse.  You can  make arrangements to pick your orders up by calling
or emailing in advance.  We accept cash or pre-paid credit card orders when arrangements have been made for a
pick-up at our warehouse.  Once your order has been picked up, we will refund the shipping charges if applicable.

PRIVACY POLICY:  
It is the strict policy of Just Scent that under no circumstances will we sell or give away any
information you have provided to us.  We will not provide your private information to any outside or third parties. 
We will keep in the strictest confidence, any information you provide us through
email, through our Online Store
(by order submission, form submission, etc.), written, phone, mail, or any other form of transmission.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -
We welcome all international orders. All international orders will be shipped via the
United States Postal Service unless you have specified UPS on your order.  All customs charges will be your responsibility.
We will also ship to  APO and FPO addresses via the US Postal service.   We are happy to say we ship all over the world! 
Please be aware that when  choosing International Parcel Post, shipments can take a couple of days up to a month.
All USPS Priority Mail is sent uninsured, unless you pay extra for the insurance.  We cannot be responsible for any damage
caused by the post office if you do not pay for  the additional insurance. 

International orders are NEVER included in any of our $5 shipping sales or Free Shipping Sales.

JUST SCENT is not responsible for any misuse, accidents, or adverse reactions that may occur with use of our products.  
Be sure to test all products.  We are not responsible for accidents or incidents associated with the use of our products.

CAUTION - When using Fragrance oils, keep room well ventilated with use or use an appropriate respirator with use.
Eye, ingestion, and skin irritant.  Avoid contact with skin and eyes and swallowing. Keep all products away from children
and pets.

Just Scent, LLC reserves the right to make any and all necessary adjustments due to manufacturer price increases
and changing market conditions.  Our fragrance oils are tested in Just Scent 123 paraffin wax, JSB 50-50 Blend, and
100% Soy.  We also test in our JS VOT and JS 50-50 Pillar Votive wax.  In addition, our oils are tested in all Just Scent
Bath and Body Products, Linen Base, Perfume Base and Reed Diffuser Base.  Soap notes are listed as a general guide. 
We suggest that you test yourself using your
products.
