A MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS: As you all are aware, shipping and raw materials have increased and will more than likely continue to increase. We have done our best to absorb the price increases rather than pass those increases to you. The prices we have had to raise have been specific. We have had no choice as our manufacturer raised their prices drastically. Unfortunately, we have no control over the shipping increases with UPS, FED EX or USPS. We do our part by ordering in bulk. It costs just as much to have products shipped to us as it does for us to ship products to you. We order more, less often. We have done our best to help other escalating cost increases by implementing summer hours - we work earlier in the day and leave earlier in the day to keep the electricity to a low roar. We went from a 3 line phone system to a one line phone system. We have a Facebook page to help communicate rather than expensive phone lines and encourage communication via email. I work with my employees in the warehouse to help fray the cost of employment. We started closing on Friday's a few years ago to help with on-site expenses. We recycle as many packing products as possible WITHOUT compromising the shipment of your order. We do not recycle boxes, but we do cut them up and use them to help add protection to packages as we pack. Since the day I opened JUST SCENT, I have had weekly sales. We do this to help you; our valued customers get more value with your hard earned dollars. We do not raise and lower our prices to accommodate sale pricing. Our prices are the same before, during and after each sale we have. I have worked for two years to start our BODACIOUS BUY LINE. These oils are fantastic. These oils are all oils I would add to the Just Scent line. I have worked with my manufacturers to buy in larger volume to receive even better pricing that we can pass on to you. WE WILL NOT RAISE THESE PRICES. We will continue to add to this line as much as possible and encourage you to try them out. Each BODACIOUS BUY is just $10 per pound. To keep the pricing low, we do not offer samples - which only adds to the cost of the product - bottles, lids, labels, ink to print the labels, a person to pour the samples....we have eliminated this overhead to keep the price at $10 per pound. We encourage our price conscience customers to give these oils a try! In these trying economic conditions, we are committed to buying quality products and will always do our best to keep the prices as low as possible. We were informed of the Eugenol shortage near the end of last year and stocked up accordingly on most of our oils that contain eugenol. We have not reformulated any of our oils. We have a had a couple of price increases due to the materials increase, but opted to buy the same formula rather than reformulate. Thank you all very much!
