UPS AND FED EX GROUND DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDRESSES. PLEASE PROVIDE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS WHEN YOU PLACE ORDERS.
SMART POST SHIPPING - CAN BE SHIPPED TO A PO BOX.
PLEASE READ: SMART POST SHIPMENTS ARE PICKED UP AND TRACKED BY FED EX but delivered by the US Post Office. IT TAKES 3-5 DAYS LONGER THAN NORMAL GROUND SHIPPING. IT IS A CHEAPER OPTION, BUT IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY - SMART POST IS NOT THE OPTION YOU WANT! This is not an option designated or originated by Just Scent. This is a cheaper shipping option offered by Fed Ex. This is not our program and we have no control over how long it takes for it to arrive. This is the normal transit time from Fed Ex - it has nothing to do with how fast your order is processed. No matter what shipping option you choose, we still ship same day or the next day if after 12:30 PM.

PLEASE NOTE - If you use an incorrect shipping address using Smart Post and the order is shipped back to Just Scent, we are charged the USPS Priority Rates to receive the box. At that point, you will be charged for the return shipping as well as re-shipping to send the order a second time to you. Please make sure your address is correct.
SHIPPING RATES - are calculated at checkout. We do not charge any handling fees. Shipping rates are determined by the weight of each box and the destination. Our web site is integrated with live UPS and Fed Ex shipping data to provide you with accurate shipping charges based on your zip code and the packaged weight of the products ordered. The more you order, the more cost effective UPS and Fed Ex shipping becomes.
UPS/Fed Ex is dedicated to delivering packages, not letters. The labor is expended whether you ship a 1 pound package or a 10 pound package; you will notice that a 1 pound package may seem expensive, but a 10 pound package is just slightly higher in price to ship. As you add items to our shopping cart, it will ask for your zip code. As you add items to the shopping cart, you can actually watch the shipping charges to better utilize your dollars. This works for UPS, Fed Ex and USPS International orders.
While we gladly welcome the customer who wants to purchase one or two samples, please understand, you will be charged shipping on a full pound by Fed Ex and UPS. One pound is the minimum weight UPS and FED EX will accept. No matter what the actual weight in your shopping cart is, if it is less than one pound, UPS and FED EX base their shipping charges on a minimum of 1 pound. You can ship 12-14 samples for the same price as 1. If you want to get more bang for your buck, add more samples to your order.
If you want your package delivered or left in a certain spot, add it to your shipping address before you complete your order. If it won't fit in the shipping address box you use when you place your address, it won't fit on the actual shipping label we type to put on your box. If you want your box left at the back of your house inside the screened in porch behind a chair, I doubt it will fit in the amount of room you have to add it to your shipping address. If it is complicated please speak with your driver about a safe place for delivered packages. If you want your order left by the shipping company at a designated spot, or a neighbor's house or business, you need to make that clarification with your driver or use the address you want your order shipped to when you place your order. Just remember, long detailed delivery notes will not fit on a shipping label.
All Fed Ex and UPS deliveries will be shipped without a signature required unless you specify in the Special Instruction section that you require a signature.
This is not a free option for Just Scent, however, we will happily pay the additional charges to make sure your package is delivered safely.
PLEASE BE AWARE:
Should you have a missing package that tracking says was delivered, call the shipping company immediately and make them aware a package is missing; perhaps the driver is still in the area. The company can call the driver and check with him immediately. The claims process can also get started and a trace can begin on your package. Please note, a trace will prompt an investigation regarding the delivery. It can take several business days to several weeks to get a response from the shipper. If your order has in fact been stolen, CALL YOUR LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT AND FILE A THEFT REPORT.
SHIPPING/DELIVERING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
If you chose to use a Freight Forwarder or have your order shipped to a US address and you rely on the Freight Forwarder or someone else to reship your package or you pick it up at a designated place, once it reaches the shipping address YOU list on your order and it shows as delivered, we are no longer responsible for that package from that point forward. It was delivered to the address you listed on the order and our job is complete. We are not responsible for damages from the freight forwarder or whomever you are having reship the package; we are not responsible for lost packages, lost deliveries or any charges your country imposes or is imposed by the Freight Forwarder. We will not credit or provide replacement orders when your package is not delivered directly to you from our warehouse.
ALL CANCELLED ORDERS FOR ANY REASON, WILL BE CHARGED A 25% RESTOCKING FEE.
RETURNED ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE AS WELL AS SHIPPING FOR THE RETURN TO JUST SCENT.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Will be billed shipping charges to and from as well as a 25% restocking fee.
NON-DELIVERED ORDERS - Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer will be charged a restocking fee of 25% of the order amount and pay the shipping cost to and from when your refusal causes the order to be sent back to Just Scent.
CHECK YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATLEY UPON RECEIVING. Please report any missing, damaged merchandise or order mistakes within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours from delivery, we will conclude that your order was completed accurately and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after that time. If returning a product for reasons other than a mistake on our part such as irreconcilable differences, we will charge a 25% restocking fee. Items MUST be returned within 5 business days from the time we agree on the return or your items will NOT be refunded. If items have been tampered with, no refund will be made. You will then be responsible for paying shipping charges to have the items returned to you.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: You have the right to refuse damaged shipments! All orders leave our warehouses in excellent condition. All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours to delivery carriers. We pack all of our shipments very carefully to ensure the safe arrival of your products; however damage during shipping can happen from time to time. We do everything we can prior to shipping to make sure your package will arrive safely without damages. If damages occur, please contact us and we can re-ship your order. We will work with UPS/Fed Ex and take care of the damaged items. Should you receive a damaged UPS/Fed Ex package, please contact us immediately. It is imperative all original packaging materials are saved. We cannot replace damages due to shipper at our expense; WE MUST RECEIVE A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGED ITEM, SO WE CAN START A CLAIM. You can email the damages picture to firstname.lastname@example.org After the claim has been filed, we will reship your order or reimburse your credit card.
Due to unexpected circumstances, we reserve the right to ship orders with either carrier at our discretion with no additional charge to you.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
We do not charge any type of handling fees; you pay exactly what UPS/Fed Ex charges for the actual weight of your merchandise.
If using PayPal to check out - please make sure your PayPal address is updated and correct. When you check out, it will use the address you have listed on your PayPal account. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address if it is not listed correctly on your order. We can only ship to the address you use on the order placed.
CHECKING ON THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER: If you have placed an order after our shipping cut off time on Thursday thru Sunday; ALL orders placed over the weekend will ship on the following Monday - unless Monday is a Holiday. You will receive a shipping notice FROM UPS OR FED EX with your tracking information; check the email address you used when you placed your order. When an order is shipped, you are emailed the tracking numbers. You will be able to track your packages (after 5:00 pm) through the email you receive. PLEASE CHECK THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU USED WHEN YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER - THAT IS WHERE YOUR ORDER COPY GOES AND YOUR TRACKING. IF YOU USE AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE EITHER.
ORDER TRACKING: Your tracking email will go to the email address you used when you placed your order. Be sure to check your email address before you submit your order. If you have used the correct email address you should receive your tracking after 5 PM the day your order ships.
ADDITIONAL UPS/FED EX FEES - PLEASE READ!
When you place an order, please be very careful to list your complete shipping address. Take a minute to verify that it is correct. This can save you money and get your order to you more quickly. If you are having a package shipped to your place of business/work, please be sure to list the company name in the Delivery address info so that we may ship to you in care of your company/business.
We can only ship to the address we are given when you place your orders. If we ship to the address you list and the package is returned to us, you are responsible for any additional shipping charges plus the cost to reship to you again. If you list an incorrect address and UPS does an address correction, they charge an address correction fee. This fee can be $5.00-$10.00, but can be much higher. You are responsible for this fee if it is a result of an error you made when entering your address/shipping information. This is also applicable IF you contact UPS and ask that the package be delivered elsewhere.
If you don't list your address with the appropriate apartment number, suite number, mobile home lot number, floor number, etc., UPS will charge the aforementioned address correction fee.
For all of the above reasons, please take a moment to double check your address and be sure to list whether your address is a STREET, AVENUE, LANE, CIRCLE, COURT, BLVD, etc.
We welcome all international orders. Shipping Internationally - Shipping costs are determined by weight of the package and the country of ultimate destination.
